All sales are final except in the case of damage during shipment or incomplete shipment (which must be reported within 48 hours) or defective workmanship. Defective new products will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. No return for defect can be accepted without prior consent. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, but can be waived at the sole discretion of the merchant.
Scooters are warranted by the importer. Report all damage and defects immediately to protect your warranty rights.

Please check the laws of your own locale prior to purchasing any scooter intended for on road use as we cannot accept returns based on your inability to register your bike in your local jurisdiction.
