All sales are final except in the case of damage during shipment or incomplete shipment (which must be reported within 48 hours) or defective workmanship. Defective new products will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. No return for defect can be accepted without prior consent. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, but can be waived at the sole discression of the merchant.
Scooters are warranted by the importer. Report all damage and defects immediately to protect your warranty rights.
Collectible books are warranted by their description alone, not by estimated condition. Every attempt is made to list all defects/characteristics of a book affecting its grade. No adjustments will be made because of a disagreement in overall grading. Please contact me BEFORE buying if you want a more detailed description of a given book's condition.
Collectible books ship USPS within 48 hours. New merchandise generally ships UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for new merchandise to ship.
